It really is that tough out there Scott. The market like everything else dictates the pay so so many people are looking for work.....the pay ain't too good! Not bad....but not good!

Worked for HD for a year in the lumber dept Larry when they cut my OT.Was a good job no complaints lots of good co workers.Just be careful of the women that work there its tough on a married guy as they are aggressive.

Larry, the HD down here would be safe for ya - the women working at this one appear to be mostly lesbians.

Is it that bad? I dunno....I know 5 people that lost their jobs in the last 2 months alone....all of them mechanics.
