Wow that is incredible. You'd figure if it was as bad as some say there would be a bunch of apps. What was the position?

Position is for a technician with audio and video knowledge. We do a ton of training for our new hires, so really, it's just a very basic knowledge and a willing to learn and pay attention to detail. The main issue is that the hours are tough, early mornings and late afternoons. But that isn't even brought up until the interview, because I have other positions that need to be filled by people with the qualifications.
