what kind of boat slick?

I was pretty nervous with my new boat..> The pilot house acts like a sail and with wind in that small channel it can get tricky. Add a good current and your in for some work if you are waiting. It gets easier every time.

For me I have to gauge if the current is stronger than the wind and then I go to the down wind/current side of the dock and let the elements to the work for me... If you try the other side by yourself you are going to be in some trouble. Once you get a system down it's easy..

You are lucky you can experiment during the week.
