Im happy at the cost. We knew it was coming and it could have been a hell of a lot worse. In regards to the same rate for resident and non resident i wonder if there was any influence put on the legislature by some folks in the fishing industry. I know that the scenario of them actually using some common sense and figuring that people from out of state will support the local economy more if they didn't get raped on the cost of a license, is kind of far fetched.

Everything is better on the rocks.

And where will we be able to obtain these taxes......I mean licenses? ?

This may be a good oportunity to submit a letter along with a check for the license to address your concerns with striped bass.
