What I am saying is I hold a surf 35 equal accomplishment to a boat 50#

Sure seems that advances in modern electronics has almost made a mockery of the "boat 50" IMO.

I received several additional high-res pictures of this fish directly from the angler and have ZERO question of the fish's weight. He also landed a 53+ the same tide and they were both weighed on a certified scale. There have now been 11 50s caught off Block in the last 7 days including two 55's and a 58.

Why is it that it seems like every single big bass is being questioned this year? Did that ding-dong in Canada really make us all that skeptical?
