My wife started drinking these and absolutely raved about them. I am a water or Gatorade guy and never even gave them a thought. I picked one up recently and haven't looked back. They are great and really refreshing. They are also addictive. Give it a shot and lt me know. |

Tons of sugar, unless you get the low calorie stuff. I think they call it G2?
If I absolutely, positively have to drink something besides water on a long ride, I use Powerade Zero. Doesn't taste like battery acid. Normally, I just go with water, and half a banana for potassium and a little sugar boost. |
