It's kinda funny how we work in the cold to provide heat for the one's in need.

Yup,I hear that complaint all the time,or how about when they ask you how long will it take you to fix it as they stand behind you continually asking you random questions.

At that point I tell them it will get done quicker if you leave me the f alone so I can do my job!

they don't stand over me..they just call on the cell phone every 5 minutes.. my response Is pretty much the same as yours..

This winter has been easy... no real snow storms ...yet.
The rain soaked quick frozen lumber is still a PIA to deal with.
Even after the 1/4" of ice was scraped off they were still heavy. Then slipping and sliding in the mud on ladders made for a tiring day, but it got done.
