The years have gotten away from my memory....was this the year of the blitz when people were going nuts hooking each other while we watched from the bridge? or the year everyone tried convincing me to march out to naps and I chickened out ? realizing that its been too long since Ive been to a gathering.....

this was before the years of the blitz .


that year .If someone had a video camera it would have 6 figure views,

people with hooks in their hands / people from one side of the breachway fighting the guy on the other side , thinking they both had fish .

JR going down into the middle of the frenzy;


the guys dragging a stringer of blues thru the dusty parking lot .

the DEM officer calling in to headquarters asking what the size & limit was on bluefish .which at that time was no limit

we had some great ones / not many fish in the beginning but alot more fun

Years have gone fast, that's a long time back, thousands and thousands of casts ago. We had some good cookouts and eats ahead of the fishing, I always looked forward to the that more than the fishing.

the rest I went to see & B/S with the people // it didn,t matter if it was in Ri , or M&D or Don,s in Conn it was all good .
