Anyone can walk on to second beach. It's just parking you have to pay for. Narragansett beach on the other hand has access totally locked up in the summer and is completely unconstitutional. Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device
Now that it is time for bills, if they are going to move through the process, to come out of committees let me say this. Thumper is Spot ON. Nebe is too about Gansett Beach Access. But free at night though!!!
