Yeah what Paulie said ............... I don,t think he even has any fishing gear left .......... worked so hard to get the commercial license & UNLESS HE HAS KEPT MAKING THE ANNUAL RENEWAL . tHAN hE JUST GAVE IT UP .. he didn,t have enough landing to see the boat & license
