I thought you were addressing why they banned the smokeless tobacco.
We are in agreement on why they allow the alcohol but to me I find it hypocritical to allow the alcohol but ban the chew or vaping. I think it goes to far infringing on a person's freedom to partake in a legal activity, especially one that has no impact on others.
At some point someone has to speak up or eventually they will come after something you legally enjoy doing. I do smoke and go out of my way to keep it from impacting others, my pockets always have the field stripped filters when I can't dispose of them properly. I am just fed up with all the smoking Nazis attacking me and others for doing something that is legal. Now they come after people vaping or chewing which have no effect on those around them. What about the fact that vaping doesn't always contain nicotine it may be just a flavor that the user finds enjoyable/calming. The water vapor that is exhaled contains nothing harmful to others.
