Good luck dude. You should set up a search on Ebay. It was definately a St. Croix. I bought it in the classifieds here...I don't remember who sold it to me.

We both got a deal on that reel Rick, I still own a 200 & 250 with very low serial numbers and will have them forever, well if I ever fish again |

If push comes to shove,I think that the Fiberstar Composite rods supposedly have tapers/actions that are pretty similar to the All Stars (although I have no experience with Allstars to judge). The owner of the company is very knowledgeable about All Stars and other older blanks (I think he has a big collection) and likely could guide you towards a close replacement.
