Sad I heard on the radio some boat owner was asking the court to limit his liability even though no cases had been filed Owner of fishing boat Emmy Rose says its not at fault for sinking that took 4 lives

The owner of the 82-foot Emmy Rose wants a Maine federal court judge to declare that it is not liable for damages in the sinking. No mention of a collision?

Source standing by his story. Says he got accident report from another captain of owner.....(he has multiple F/V) Not public due to lawsuits and indictments. If that pans out, I will have a whole new opinion of news, news reporting, fake news, and what we have come to accept as ok....

Still just awful end result for men and their families. All that's left is about money now....
