Pogies were plentiful today and so were the Striped-Ones... just not in the same place though
Wayne, was that you talking to the pogy-guy this morning? Thought I saw your boat pulled up alongside him...??
Great day on the water this morning.. The Stripers were very cooperative, biggest one tipped the scale at 39lbs....smallest went 23lbs... had them around me all morning until I had to call SeaTow ... "click, click"...no vroooom...thinking she thinks she's in gear and setting off the kill-switch, tried a bunch of stuff while baking in the sun, nada...shifted back and forth, forth and back, disconnected cabling, checked fuses, took apart throttle control to check connections,,, nada...off to the Doctor's office tomorrow morning, hoping to get her back before the week's end, hopefully the fisheez will still be around and active
|
... it finally happened, there are no more secret spots

...the boat looked like the one in your pictures, but I was too far to see ya face, next time I'll wave -
Also wanted to grab what I needed zip out and catch the tide
Who knows with this front moving in tomorrow...I just hope the bait hangs around a little bit

I need day of poor weather for a break .. been out 0430 last few days.
I don’t think the bait is going anywhere and the bass and blues are all over them so until the water warms .. I think we’ve got another solid week
