Everyone has knows he lost a lot off his fastball years ago. That being said I don’t think his judgement is impaired, he’s just not as fast as he used to be. The performance at the debate was alarming, they should have convinced him to drop out months before.

As for Trump, probably around 11:47pm EST.

Not sure I’ve seen anyone here wish for Trump’s or anyone’s untimely death. That being said it does appear both would be assassins were disaffected Republicans and the first guy a pretty bad shot.
