Bill Gates is a big proponent of global aid, he notes its less than 1% of our budget, yet has done so much in so many ways. One crazy decision after the next, all leading to eroding our influence and standing on the world stage. He wants to be like his buddy Putin and he is taking the steps necessary to accomplish it. Time to turn this around is short i fear and I’m not even sure if the courts can help, especially when potus doesn’t respect the rule of law.
