There was ice there this past wed, but there was still a goo portion still castable from both sides, only off the bridge was too frozen over, besides a small 10-15 ft area.

"Wet Weather Discharge" ------ thats part of the antiquated sewer system in the city, with the "combined sewer overflow". Both the storm flow and sewers go to the sewage treatment plant, but when there is a lot of storm runoff the plant cant handle the flow, so they have these outlets directly to the rivers and bay that will discharge both stormwater AND raw sewage. Hopefully the tunnel project underway in Providence will solve this problem. SOOOO, you were basically fishing next to poop shoot No. 17

So i had to pick up my friend from green aiport today .Decided to head up to the sewer discharge for some fishing, stopping at cardis to meet joe lyons to get some tattoo poppers for my fathers 60th b-day tuesday,on the way up. Im almost to fiddlestix, some lady slams the breaks in front of me so i d o the same, i stop, and go on my way. I go to the nk walmart to get some leader material and i notice my brake is going to the floor and then the break light . Pull in walmart and my f-ing rear left tire is smoking with brake fluid poring out. Gotta be at airport at 630 , no prob its 315 now. I call AAA, they say theyll have truck there in 90 min, 90 min no truck., they say it should be there any minute. My ex gf comes with her truck and waits, then has here friend get her leaving me her truck, ok, i call back another hour, and hour no truck saying anytime , call back another half hour they say, now its 630, im riffed up, then they say another hour. I was like wtf!!!! . Sio i hang up go to green get my friend at the airport and call back , they say its gonna be 30 more minutes! Took four+ hours for a damn tow, but i got a free 40 dollar tow to newport, but what killed me was they asked for four bucks for the newport bridge toll??!! Think i should call and complain more and go for the gold and try to get the free lifetime membership? Thanks joe for stopping buy wallymart and dropping off the plugs

WOW!! That''s BS!!! I'd complain. A friend of mine used to work for AAA and he said they sub-contract out most of their work 'cause it's cheaper for them. I guess that's why the service sux.
