Jenn - Wakefield is boring and very pricey. It's also WAY too far to get to from Rhody or the Cape... Closest shoreline is Lynn, Lynn, Lynn - City of Sin.... Is that his only option? Wakefield?

Red - that's a tough business to be in when you're in your fifties. I worked in car shops for more than a couple years and I realized that I didn't want to turn a wrench when I get older.... If you're a good mechanic, you get a lot of respect and pride doing your job. But 30 years with an impact gun will take a major toll. It'll make Tennis elbow look like hitting your funny bone....
