I'm quitting tomorrow...I've tried 3 times before, but never caught on. I'm actually sick of smoking, it doesn't give me any rush like it used to, and now it's more out of habit than anything...any more advice from anybody would be great too. They say smoking is the hardest addiction to knock...even worse than heroin.
