Gotta finish up my South Beach thingy first, shedding a quick 20#'s first..so i have room to grow  But I am gonna, I have too...too many good years left, I hope

If your game, we can try to shake this nasty habit together. Lets set a date and if one of us starts smoking again then he owes the other a couple of plugs or something. |

Alrighty then, lets choose a date  The first one to break owes the other a plug of his choice (please don't pick one of those gold plated ones from the smithsonian). Not sure if I'll try the patch or gum or just go cold turkey. Been smoking since I was a teen, almost 30 years now(on and off). I think its time to stop this silliness. one thing at a time 
How soon? The date I picked is a ways out, I know I know but hey. Lots of things to consider and it was the most feasible for me... I say three plugs, and choice of builders, gotta beg, borrow, and rump swab to get em..
It's been 19yrs... do about 2 1/2 packs a day now of reds, almost $14..over 5k a year !!! stupid  |

Wow, thats a lot of tobacky, 2 1/2 per day! A pack will last me at least 2 days, unless I'm chasing them down with beer on a weekend. I can't smoke at work, home or in my new truck. My GF thinks I quit a few months ago and he she finds out I didn't she'll kill me for sure. 3 plugs are fair, thats only 3 or 4 days of smoking for you  What date did you have in mind? |
