have u tried gemini link clip? those are goods except for hopkins or bigger split rings.

Just came in the door Karl....out on Van's boat all day chasin' blues....got a bunch...Van got a decent bass.....lots of fun and tons of action! |

If you are having the horrible year that you report each and every minute of the day on this site then how can you be making a comment like this...
Hey guys, I have no problem with the breakaway clips on my bombers...and by the way, have I told you that I just can not catch a fish from shore to save my life... 
big guy, maybe it is the clips that are keeping you down
By the way...I have been catching on Mambos with breakaway clips without problem

I removed the splitrings from my bombers and mambos. Slingah try giving that a shot and see what you think, if you don't notice a difference you can always put them back on.

I've found removing the splitring from Bombers and Mambos when using the breakaways to be advantageous.I get plenty of fish to hit them I just can't seem to keep them on.See the "I'm cursed" thread.I was using the above mentioned plugs.
