Patron Anejo tequila / Don Julio blue agave , no salt no lemon straight or on the rocks , but my cheap goto drink Vodka & tonic w/ lime ( Rubinoff Vodka& Schweepes diet tonic water)

Labor-intensive mojitos -- fresh mint, sugar, lime juice, light rum, and club soda. Mash 5 sprigs mint, 2 tbsp sugar, and juice of 1 lime in bottom of glass. Add rum to within 1" of the top, and add a touch of club soda for kicks. Don't mash the mint too small, or you'll be picking it out of your teeth all night...or all morning, if you're one of those that likes to have liquid breakfast.

The worst day fishing is better than the best day working. ...Wait a minute, my work IS fishing. Sweet.

tastes fine all on its own..


or perhaps a
tanqueray and tonic..

I heard somewhere that piping plover is indian for "tastes like chicken" ..
