Last time I borrowed something I was the one that actually rcvd it. I think that is the kicker that it's a fraud attempt.

So who's Victoria Sarge and What happened in July of 63? ;-)

My rule is that I never give information to anyone who contacts me first. If the phone company calls and asks me about my account , I tell them sorry , i will call you call you back at the number on my bill. Regardless of who it is , I don't give out info if they initiate the contact.

I have had the same emails from Ebay telling me to update my account info or my account will be terminated. I found it strange so I called Ebay and they told me it was fake and to delete it. They told me all Ebay email should start with Dear than your name.

You should contact all 3 major credit houses and have your account flagged and password protected. EVERYONE should have this simple form of protection on their info.

Domination takes full concentration..

Forward all "Paypal" correspondence to Spoof@paypal.com They're hunting these goons. They'll let you know if it's someone Phishing and give you further advice. I hate these buttstains.

I have recieved 3 or 4 e/mails about paypal recently..To the effect of "I have added a new name to my account"..Each e/mail said a different thing...I sent them to spoof@paypal.com...Got a response in about 5 minutes...They were all fraud..Not from paypal..And then they explained what to do...They will investigate the addresses...
Thanks for that address BBJ

I'm going where I'm going...

These modern day services are very convenient, but a lot of care has to be taken. It may have been mentioned, but I was told by PayPal to NEVER respond to any email unless it addresses you by your name. Avoid those that say "dear PayPal member", etc. Scary stuff.

eBay Messages

I believe PayPals new policy is that ALL messages to you will be delivered through My eBay / My Messages.

There will be no "external" messages sent.

Which makes it real easy DELETE, DELETE, DELETE

Enjoying Life !
