Fried smelt are one of the best appetizers I ever tasted.So if silversides are even better, ive got to try this. They certainly look clean enough .

There is none left here the @#$%$% took them all with their 100' hand scenes // all day every day / when they come up close to spawn

Take a couple of pictures and then turn them in. There is a limit and I believe it's only a quart or so a person. Lock em' up!

You've got the right recipe, though I can't translate "silverside" in French...
Dust in flour, fry in a pan with oil, lemon...
Basically that's it !
