If you want to epoxy the lip in place use 5 min epoxy. Hold it while it sets up.

I epoxy my lips inplace when I do the gromets etc. Then when I clear the plug everything is solid!

I just give the swivel a good pull, that tightens everything up pretty good.

If you are epoxying after wiring just hit the slot with the epoxy. It will flow in and hold the lip solid. I wire all my plugs then epoxy and haven't had a lip loosen up. As a matter of fact when I try to remove a lip it usually doesn't work and I end up destroying the plug. (after plug is finished)
