Nebe blaming Katie for the bullys actions is insane. I really dont know what to say...I just dont understand how this is somehow Katies fault?

Nevermind FAULT. don't see how anyone can say she had anything at all to do with it...except being a victim.

Right on. Bullys just choose someone to pick on, like what happened to Katie. Nothing she could have done to avoid this. To attempt to place some of the blame on katie is insulting.
