One 24" fish to show for the trip, tried everything. Don't know what I am doing wrong, but that is two poor trips in a row.  |

Try a cedar plug (color: black) with a single feathered hook tied with saddle hackle (color: black) or a cedar plug (color: black) with a single 6/0 bare hook on which you've threaded a 4-inch Slug-Go or a 4-inch Senko Worm (color: black). Cedar plugs with feathered hooks outfish most soft plastics lures and black cedar plugs with black trailers outfish even black 9-inch Slug-Go's.
