In a nutshell....
you rig a pogie like you would a ballyhoo.. shove some lead inside the belly to act as a weight and as a keel so it doesnt roll, sew it up... you make a bunch of them and then brine them(optional) the term yo-yo comes from the jigging motion you make with your pogie- hopefully it is right off the bottom.. Chumming with finely ground up pogies is the the key to success.
