So I'm 20 min away from home watching my step-sons ball game, and listening to the marine weather on the radio.

It's starting to lightening, I'm freaking out...because every window in the house is open...and my wife doesn't seem to give a whip.

I can't believe how long it took them to call the game.

Got home...SOAKED

Well, considering we got hit about the same time as you guys, I'm assuming there's another line of storms behind that one.

It completely fell apart as it reached the coast. Other then some distant rumbles, lightening, and an impressive skyline nothing really happened. Most importantly we didn't get any nice cooling rain....

There were plenty of scared center consoles running full throttle home from and through Brenton Reef. One guy definitely didn't know the cuts and was lucky to make it through. I was expecting to hear the sound of fiberglass on the rocks. The sail boats were tacking back and forth nervously as well. They lucked out today.

It was a good show....temps cooled as it approached and it was so refreshing after the heat today I threw open the door to my shop and sat there and watched the lightening show and listened to the thunder roll!

Almost time to get our fish on!!!
