That bolt that gave you the 2x4's may have also taken your pump. I've had mine hit a few times in the past from lightning strikes close to it and the bolt will travel underground to the well casing and down- bye bye pump. Ron

too hot

Dark skies, no noise, no rain, still in the upper 90s, where the heck did you guys manage that storm from? We got nuttin.

We drive north of Tiverton 4 corners right into the cell...torrential rain, hail and tree parts falling everywhere.

At one point I was out of our car with 3 other people getting soaked trying to remove a fallen tree so we could get home.

Near mini-disaster, then the power went out for an hour...

Life is nearly back to normal, although everywhere we usually sleep is very wet.

Within ten seconds of hitting submit on this thread yesterday, my power went out til about 9p

But yeh, temps came down afterward...

crazy how a flew blocks makes a difference. Our light flickered 2 times but never lost power. I would of been devestated not seeing Brooke Burke on Rock Star SuperNova.
