Congratualtions but, does anyone here realize that a 38 inch fish should weigh at least 8 to 10 pounds more than that?

I have caught many 38-39 inch fish....usually weigh around 18-20 pounds...you using old school math Flap?  |

Ya got me Mike, can't get the old days out of mind. The fish though were bigger for that leangth, could have had something to do with all the pogies we had back then too, I guess, it's just a thought, maybe...do you think?  |

With all the little tiny bait that was there, I thought the belly would be full of little tiny bait, but it looked like it had a small pogy or something in there, no little tiny fishes. |

38" weighing 26-28 pounds.... never happen  . I've had 45" fish weigh 28 pounds... I've also had 45" fish weigh 35 pounds. I've seen one 38" fish break 20 pounds... I wish they weighed that much though  |
