You know I'm just having fun.
Baby forumla, prescriptions drug of liquid & solid are exempt. However, wouldn't a terrorist see the loophole and possibly use the baby formula cannister as a means to conceal a chemical weapon.

If I were a terrorist, I would target:
-cruiseships
-nuclear power plants
-planes via land
-trains
-concert/sporting events
Wouldn't you think these would be a lot easier than planes?

Absolutely - though it would need to be in similar fashion as blowing them up as no chance for a Hijack as a response team of special ops guys would be up their butt in a heartbeat.
For obvious reasons, I wouldn't speculate publicly easy targets but you all realize how easy it would be to drum up a target list, right?

concerts/sporting events: check
the rest have too much security.
and don't have the same psychological effect, because in essence there is NO escape from a plane in the air.

They are actully and this is no joke, making the parents take a sip  of the Baby Formula before they will let it on board. Have you ever tasted that stuff?  |

they always seem to have a good escape plan...

so they will simply go to plan B
