Since I became a boat guy I have been keeping them in a minnow bucket at my dock. Last time I had about 18 eels in the bucket. 2 days later they were all gone. #^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^& says that a parasite got into the bucket and ate them. I think the parasite had 2 legs and an outboard.

I think I have had a ver similiar parasite, minus the outboard
. I also name them... 
.... I don't think any parasite could eat 18 eels in 2 days and leave no trace...
