the only thing I could suggest is to replace those small scupper's and bump them up to 11/2 or 2"...pvc pipe...nothing like having a wave dump 6" of water inside and waiting for it to drain.

Yes the underside of ply will get some cloth, I will also lose the fish blood channel, the more I think of it it needs to go will only give me something else to fair and sand and fair and sand. The scuppers I will have to look into but I can picture 1 1/2 scuppers on it
cuprinol :number 10..it'll out last us all- under a deck on plywood....lumberyard or hardware store.........it's made for wood thats under water..or wet area's....
roll some deck enamel on the underside before you screw it down.

I was thinking 6oz cloth nothing heavy I am afraid of checking if I don't I do have some 2 part epoxy paint laying around I could use. Also not ready to glass the floor down I need to get a tank for under there and make a box for that, am getting things all lined up for some serious glass work before we get real cold weather
