nice fish.... for what it's worth if your looking for a good camera that's waterproof for majority of what type of fishing your doing(as long as it doesn't sink to the bottom) look at the Pentax WPi camera, decent photo with the no worries if it gets wet.... mine (my wifes) gets wet all the time in the salt and when i get home i just rinse it under some fresh running water and let it air dry then use a camera cloth on the lens. If you go that route just keep in mind that "cheap cards" are prone to humidity and while it won't mess up the camera it will mess up the pictures you take untill it gets back to normal...

A rod saver on a laynard for the boat and if your in the surf you can just wear it with a plain laynard around your neck under your upper wear... It will also take some bouncing on the rocks as i found out the hard way when i let my 4 year old son snap some pictures of hermit crabs and periwinkles... Neways...

Nice fish....

My camara and phone always fall off the console ..constantly and hit the wet floor of the boat...I need to not be in such a rush and bag those things! replacements are expensive!

get yourself a plastic container with a snap on lid that will hold your items and glue/caulk it down onto your console so it won't slide around..good for plyers, number's book, knife.wallet etc...items stay dry in rain.
