"uffah!!" Registered User iTrader: (0) Join Date: Nov 2002 Location: Cranston Posts: 1,029	What ever you do, don't force it! Use a bigger hammer!!! Try peening the slot with a center punch once the key is back in the pulley!!! The peening will tighten-up the slot.
