S WINDS 25 TO 30 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 KT...BECOMING
W 20 TO 25 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 KT AFTER MIDNIGHT. SEAS 11 TO 16
FT...SUBSIDING TO 9 TO 14 FT AFTER MIDNIGHT. RAIN AND SNOW LIKELY
IN THE EVENING. VSBY 1 TO 3 NM.
