Mike keep in mind that this is still new, they are adding stuff, and changing stuff all the time in order to give the consumer the best bang for the buck.

Dave I am not sureif they did the software download yet for RI, but that is what you have to look forward too.

After praising FIOS, I find that my repace battery light is on and I need a new battery. I called service and the tech told me that I have to buy and replace the battery. The FIOS service is only one year old. Anyone know where I can buy a PX12072-12v battery and how much they cost?

Lurch - I hope you don't make the battery back up unit. The life of the battery is supposed to be 2 to 4 years. My battery croaked in one year. I called FIOS and they tell me that the battery is my dollar. I have been using FIOS a over the year. Too bad I didn't notice the trouble light sooner.

Had a major problem with connecting to my top clients web site ........................ over a week // they were about to drop me ................ called for help /

was instructed to contact TI .. 1st time I did after a short wait / &&&&&&& a whole lotta talking to a F $#%^&*( computer that she said she could help me ;; B/S

&&&&&&& the TI guy came up short .>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> tried calling again /& after the F $%^*() talking computer >>> 20 minute wait .. no answer //again 15 Minute wait / hung up //

John talked to Bill & f-18 a couple of times && he fixed the f $%^&*() problem from his own home ;;

also ita a dditional cost to get the descent HD channels ..............

Yup, been to his house several times...F^%$#@ TV is ^%$#@ boken,,Don't F^%$#@ work...VZ F^%$#@ SUX...I hit one button on the remote and it mysteriously works....

Now get some sleep...I need a ride at 7am....
