Most guys I know make one out of scrap wood or plywood. Cut 2 triangular pieces of wood and then drill a flat board on one side of them to place the rod holders on. Make it wide enough that it fits behind the wheel wells and it will stay in place. Should point the rods at a 45 degree angle out the bed of the truck.

i agree but 45 is too steep.

i can't remember what angle i used but some quick trig will tell you.

figure a 10 foot rod and you want the tips 4ft? higher than the bed.

This way you can still go through the dunk drivethru.

just us a 2x8 to cut the triangles and the middle. then buy plastic 3pack rod holders for BW. They are less than $5.
