GSB1201m, I have an SSU120m as well and it is a bit to light for the eels I like to fish. Would be willing to trade it for a GSB if anyone wants to.

what about tossing eels in the canal? Which rod is better to fight the fish in that current?

I am using a 1204 right now but have a feeling that I will lose fish using it in the canal.

1201m has the balls to stop fish in the canal, some of the guys I fish there with use the 1205 to eel as well.
