I think it is applied the same way you would apply gold leaf on fire trucks.

These are what got me thinking. These are wood! The shape is very close to what I've been using for years (liberally plageurized from Super Strike). However the metalic finish is at another level to anything I've seen. I've got plenty of turned , primed bodies ready to play with. Plus I think this finish on a 6" needle would be great for SBFT.

I am going to pic some up off of my friend Tue. I will post some pic of it to see if ya like it. If ya want I can send you some to try out.
