Quite a few years back I was working at the Mt. Hope Marina restaurant and a waitress came running into the kitchen in a panic. Some guy was choking on a piece of meat and nobody was helping him. I ran out to the dining room and the guy was literally blue. I dislodged the meat from his throat and went back to work. While I didn't expect any reward I REALLY didn't expect the owner to threaten to fire me if I went out in the dining room again in kitchen whites. It makes you wonder about people.
