get him to boston, beth isreal or brigham, whatever it takes. my wife's mother refused to go to boston for cancer care (stuck with a local hospital) and my wife will regret not forcing her to go to boston forever. we're lucky enough to have some of the best hospitals and doctors in the world right here, gotta take advantage.

I'll ask her to write something up. Maybe more convincing than coming from a bunch of fisherman. Some of the stories she tells me about the diagnosis that patients get from some of the local hospitals around here before they end up at BI are scary.
