Workplace rules????

Well if you are working under my supervison you will not smoke unless at lunch or coffee break, you will be there at least 5 minutes early and not clean up until 15 minutes before it is time to leave, if the company makes money we make money. Oh and the biggest thing that doesn't happen is personal cell phone calls the most waste of company time.

thanks for the laughs....I really needed it.

I dont have a problem with the little "here and there" kind of things but someone has definately been pushing the envelope at work/////and now literally with the christmas card thing. I would say at least half the day is spent online, on personal calls ...making out cards or flipping through sales flyers. There is WAY more to the story than I can get into here but thanks for letting me vent!

Oh! I thought that you were the employee. You are the employer!!! I take it all back. FIRE THE S.O.B. [but not until AFTER Christmas] All kidding aside-just let the person know that your P.Od. and give him [her] a warning. Nothing like being up front with people.

I have a budget meeting every other week, and if the job I am running doesn't come in under budget it looks bad for me and will reflect in my review. the other thing is we get profit shearing so the more money the company makes the bigger bonus checks we get. and kids these days if you give them an inch they will take it all. the work ethic these days is shameful.
