, well I kind of cheated and used a machine for the contour but I bent them by hand, well I kind of cheated and used a small box and pan break kind of like this one,

which makes the bends nice and crisp. Other than that I made them by hand, except for the slot which I used a machine for.
The way I made them they would cost 10 bucks a piece in labor but it's only time.
