Up to 8/0 we use Mustad 34184. There is also the short shank 34185 but i like the long shank 34184. The 8/0 34184 is huge compared to the 7/0 so i think its all you need. If you want to go 9/0 , mustad makes a different hook but i forget the model number. the 8/0 34184 is so huge i don't know why you would want bigger.

Mustad 91715 seem to be the more popular and widely used hooks.
