Me either !
Growing up as a kid in the 60s being Italian and more specific Sicilian, people stereotyped you or your family as being mafia or criminals when fact , most all are hard working, law abiding, religious, family oriented people.
Where did the Kennedy fortune come from ?
Joe Kennedy being a murderer and bootlegger (scotch) !
Gets his POS son elected press with his filthy money, makes his other son Bobby attorney general who goes prosecuting mafia members (hypocrits)
As for Teddy, I doubt Mary Joe Kopechne's family will shed any tears for him ! |

Granted, Teddy has given us good reasons to not like him.
But the fact of the matter is, he's spent pretty much his entire life passionately working for the American people.
Like or not like his politics, this is worthy of some respect.

The only Sicilian friend I have is a pretty hard working guy, his only fault is how much time he spends around that pogyman...but that's another issue...
