Great rods but they do have a history of breaking more often than many others. I don't think this can be argued. Further, Lamiglass knows this and is very "selective" about issuing any kind of replacement blank.

I like the Gloomis policy...they charge you 50 bucks and you get a tube in the mail the next day with a new rod in it. You then put your busted rod in the tube and send it back prepaid. Deal done.
For the lower end, many Tsunimi rods have an over-the-counter replacement policy and I hear shimano is doing this with their new surf rod blanks which they say are nearly unbreakable. Lami they may or may not issue a warranty replacement and good luck trying to convince them it broke while fishing if they deem it wasn't.
Further, I think the Arra rods while nice are no longer state of the art tackle. They are decade old technology. A lot has changed in 10 years. I think you will see them phased out.

Good. CMS has always honored the stuff they build. Remember my buddy John who returned 5 or 6 sabre blanks? Ultimately they determined the blanks were no good, but honored the stuff built by them without question prior to dropping the sabre product line.

It's not the bait
At the end of your line
It's the fishing hole
Where all the fish is blind
