yeah i was having lunch at Cafe Neouvo and saw them up in the river. They were thick.

I went to Waterfire last week and saw dozens of them sleeping on the surface. Pogies sleep on their side I found out.

about 9 years ago, I restored all of waterfire's cool little Thai water taxi boats.. they look like small skiffs with wierd bows that point up like a genie slipper..
