Swimmers are on the menu.....3 oz. Danny's and "Prey" swimmers.......the fish are in tight and smashing the slowly moving swimmers as the tide turns to rise, clobbering them so hard you can see the water erupt 75 yards out! I have a few more of these nights coming......hopefully they play out pretty much as I describe......the memories will warm me through the coming winter!

What is your ideal fall night out?
Larry, I love Sinatra on Saturday nights! The only thing wrong is that there will be too much moon and too many people. Optimum is weeknights, less moon or none for that matter and my Sinatra cd's!

Why even try.........

Last night was beautiful - very quiet, flat surf, a tad bright. Fish on the end of the cast - I could hear the takes on a Gibbs needle a moment before feeling it. Some nice fish making quite a ruckus when hooked. Blues spitting up squid. All alone but I wasn't lonely. Nice night.
